REVIT TECHNICIAN (HYBRID / CONTRACT)

We are currently seeking a Revit Technician to join our studio! The successful applicant will be Revit-savvy, reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Job Type: Contract, Project-by-project basis
(While this is a part-time position, it does have the potential to become full-time for the right person.)

Schedule: 10-20 hours a week

Work Location: Hybrid, Preferably in Tulsa, OK for once a week, in-person meetings

Start Date: Immediately

essential Job Functions:

• Generate construction drawings as required

• Meet in-person once a week

• Read and interpret house plans

• Must be regularly available and willing to work at at least 10 hours a week or whatever Studio Cassa deems necessary to complete a project in a timely manner

• Assist with existing measurements as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Revit experience and equivalent education

• Great attitude

• Reliable with deadlines

• Communicative with questions and timelines

• Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties

• Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate a high-level of professional maturity
